Personalized Movement

Your unique physical needs and goals will be addressed as we establish where your body is presently, and create a map through various modalities weight training, functional movement, pilates, barre, yoga, meridian stretching, fascia restoration and assisted stretching. I will assess your current challenges and restrictions and safely develop movements to progress you to the next level. Movement and improvement is available at all levels, often through subtle changes that I have a trained eye for.

Being in your body is meant to be a joy and together we will get you there. Where appropriate, I work in close collaboration with your medical and physical therapy team to support the care you may currently be receiving. Whether it is beginning to move again or for the first time, dealing with a new restriction, preparing for or recovering from surgery or preparing for a major athletic event – I offer expertise.
